A WORRY FREE SMILE THAT LASTS A LIFETIME!
As a ground-breaking alternative to dentures and bridges, dental implants serve as artificial roots to anchor new teeth in place. Our implants are custom made to offer a great fit and enhanced stability. We surgically insert dental implants into your jaw. Then over time, the implants bond with the existing bone to provide a firm foundation. When your new teeth have been securely attached to your implants, you’ll be able to chew most any food with assurance and ease.
Dental Implants are often the best option to replace a single tooth or multiple teeth. They can restore your smile and give you back the functionality that you desire. Our specially trained team makes it a priority to provide a comfortable and pain-free implant experience with a custom fit that meets your needs.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT STEP ONE: CONSULTATION
During the first dental implant visit, the dentist will evaluate the health of your ums, jawbone and the surrounding teeth, as well as your overall health history. Then, the dentist will xplain your dental implant options and help you choose a sedation method that is most comfortable for you. At the end of your consultation, our staff will review your insurance information and discuss payment plan options that are available.
STEP TWO: THE DENTAL IMPLANT PLACEMENT
At your next visit, the dentist will provide your sedation. Then, when you are completely comfortable, the titanium dental implant will be placed into your jawbone below the gum. This section must remain in place for a minimum of three months to allow the bone to attach to the dental implant. Your temporary replacement tooth or teeth will be placed while this bonding occurs.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHILE HEALING
After having the lower portion of the implant embedded, a soft diet will help reduce the healing time and any swelling more quickly. The key factors will be your body’s ability to heal and how fast your jawbone bonds with the dental implant.
Throughout this process, the dentist will be available to provide care and answer any questions that you may have. The dentist will also work to ensure that you experience the least discomfort and disruption of your daily life possible.
STEP THREE: THE RESTORATION
After the dental implant has bonded with the bone, a titanium abutment will be fastened to the implant. This will provide a strong base for the final crown or bridge that will next be attached. Then, you can enjoy the benefits of a fully restored dental implant.
New Falls Dental Group offers a host of flexible financing options for your implant needs. Plus, we accept most major insurance plans.
